  • Additional services may attract extra charges.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details about goods and locations.
  • Declare fragile, valuable, or restricted items in advance.
  • Arrange access permissions at pickup and delivery locations.

Restricted Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable goods, cash, jewelry, or important documents unless agreed in writing.

Insurance & Liability

Insurance (if opted) is subject to policy terms. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by natural calamities, accidents, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or regulatory issues.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations must be informed in advance.
  • Cancellation charges may apply.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.

Damage & Claims

Any damage or loss must be reported at the time of delivery. Late claims may not be entertained.
